At Fender, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Fender account and visit the 'Order History' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully repack the instrument or accessory in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and protective materials.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the shipping carton, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once our technicians inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
